REFUND, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We use an invisible security water mark on all our items to prevent any fraudulent activities.

All our items are quality control checked prior to posting to you to make sure they are in the condition stated on the item description page.

Only full priced items ordered online can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 calendar days of your item being delivered. Sale items and gift certificates are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

All returns will be issued in GBP.

Simply contact us at info@lunetiervintage.com within 14 calendar days of your order being delivered to tell us that you would like to return the item. We will then send you an email with the address to return the item. You have 14 calendar days to return the item from the day you informed us of your return. We can not process any refunds if items are sent after this period.

All United Kingdom returns must be sent with Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. All other countries must use registered mail where proof of delivery is needed. The cost of the return is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns from courier companies such Fedex, DHL or UPS. The item will be returned to you if you do.

Items returned from outside the EU must be clearly written “RETURN TO SENDER” on the package and any customs declarations. In the eventuality that this is not done and customs duties and taxes have to be paid to clear the item into the country, this will be deducted from the total of your return. Proof of the taxes, duties paid will be kept on file for 180 days should you wish to obtain a copy.

We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it will be in the state you sent it.

Once your item is received and checked that it is in the original condition it was sent (including all original accessories, case, cloth, etc) a refund will be issued minus the original postage costs.

Any item received which is not in the condition originally sent and is determined by us that the value of the item has diminished by your handling will not be refunded. At our discretion we will dispose of the item as we see fit or give you the option to return it to you.

There is a 10% restocking fee of the original purchase price of the item for any item which is accepted for a return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Store Credit, etc). If the original payment method is unavailable or cancelled, the return balance will be issued as a store credit.

Late or missing refunds:
If you qualify for a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lunetiervintage.com.

Cancellations:
You have a right to cancel any order made for a full refund prior to us shipping your order. If the order has been shipped we will no longer be able to process any cancellations.

Exchanges :
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (if in stock), send us an email at info@lunetiervintage.com. If the item is no longer in stock we may ask you to return the item for a refund or store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our team usually processes returns within 3-5 working days from the day we receive your package.
